The chapter "Planning for GT.M" provides some useful information on preparing an OpenVMS environment for GT.M. If you are installing GT.M for production use, review that chapter and implement specific actions appropriate to your site. While not required if you are installing GT.M only for evaluation, you may choose to review the chapter and consider actions that might enhance the evaluation.
